Financials Modernization Workgroups

This message was sent to Campus Liaisons.

We are in the process of developing two workgroups that are key to the success of the project and ask that you confirm that the individuals listed in each group are the appropriate individuals for these efforts. If they are not, please update with the correct individual following the instructions on each page. These groups provide transparency and give a forum to voice opinions of the group(s) you represent. Please indicate who the appropriate individual is for these workgroups by March 11, 2022. 

The Integrations Workgroup will be coordinating and monitoring the workplan for creating new integrations to Oracle ERP Cloud. You will have the opportunity to provide feedback on integration efforts, help ensure what is created meets the needs of your area and disseminate information from the workgroup to your unit’s leadership. This group will meet monthly, with ad hoc meetings as needed. Please review the representative for your area. 

The External Reporting Analysis will document the current reporting needs of the University, creating a catalog of external reports and institutional operational reports. This group will meet monthly, with ad hoc meetings as needed. Please review the representative for your area.
