We know that this is a big change in how we do business. Based on what we have learned from peer institutions who have implemented new financial systems, it is normal to have uncertainty and questions around new terminology, processes, and systems.
That is why we are working on a comprehensive and dedicated training program that will give you the support you need. Everyone will receive training that will address how to complete tasks in the new system, as well as how to build and access reports.
As we get closer to implementation, we will be developing a timeline, beginning with day-to-day users, that provides training to all of our campus users in the areas that they need.
Training materials will be prioritized based on what is needed for go-live.
The method of delivery in most cases will be available self-paced and available on-demand. More complex topics, however, may have hybrid instructor-led training.
