The liaison review of business processes and external reporting concluded at the end of July. This information is being provided to our implementation partner, Huron Consulting, LLC. It will be used as we plan the design and configuration of the new system. While the documentation will still be available for review, we cannot guarantee that additional feedback will be included.
Meeting deadlines is critical to building our new system as the pieces build on each other. Most activities are dependent on receiving information at specific points in time to meet the go-live date of July 1, 2024. We encourage you to have regular check-ins with your leadership to share information about the project and gain any feedback they would like you to share with the project team.
