Account Cleanup 
In preparation for Oracle Cloud ERP, we ask for your assistance in reviewing accounts created prior to April 2022 that have an account balance of $0. Any accounts that can be closed will decrease the amount that will be mapped in future Chart of Accounts activities and assist in our data clean-up efforts. Financial Services will close accounts no longer in use. Please note, once liaison review is complete, Financial Services will begin to close requested accounts. Please complete your review by Friday, November 18, 2022. 

Overview and Chart of Account (CoA) Proof of Concept Sessions
It is required that either the Primary or Secondary Campus Liaison attend both Overview sessions, which will be held on Thursday, October 27, 2022, and Friday, October 28, 2022, from 9:00 a.m. to 9:30 a.m., in addition to at least one Proof of Concept session. Learn more about these sessions on the Collaboration Hub. 

Attendance is required so that Liaisons can be introduced to a draft of the Oracle ERP Cloud aligned CoA prototype and learn more about its capabilities, ask questions and provide feedback.
