Financials Modernization Update: Happy One Year (to Go-Live)! 

We are just over one year away from launching our new financial system on July 1, 2024, and the project team is excited to share with you updates, examples of functionality, and resources to help you learn more.  

Within the new system, you can expect a supplier portal where vendors can register themselves, accounts receivable functionality, and a robust chart of accounts that enables us to have more consistent reporting. Additionally, our university will benefit from a much-requested enhancement to the travel process now that we have a signed contract with SAP Concur for Travel Authorization Request and booking functionality. We encourage you to visit the Financials Modernization project website to learn more about the history of the project, as well as the team, timeline, up-to-date news, and activities. You can also locate your Campus Liaison(s) for your college/division, who are your first points of contact for information about the project and questions about how it impacts your area.
